This Shipping Policy outlines how we deliver your orders to your doorstep, whether you’re looking to “prep faster, cook smarter, savor more” or simply elevate your kitchen with our “Kitchen New Arrivals.”
1. Shipping Regions & Processing Time
We currently ship within the Republic of Croatia, with plans for future regional expansion. All orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters at Hercegovačka ulica 6, Varaždin.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment verification. During promotional periods (e.g., holiday sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is successfully placed.
- Dispatch & Transit: Once your order is packaged and leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary depending on your location within Croatia.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days from dispatch.
- Express Shipping (Premium Option): 1-3 business days from dispatch. This option is available at checkout for an additional fee.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We partner with reliable carriers to offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard (Croatian Post/Partner Courier): Our most economical option. The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your items and your delivery address.
- Express (Partner Courier): For customers who need their gadgets faster. A flat-rate or calculated premium fee will apply.
- Free Shipping: We occasionally offer promotions with free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount. Any such offer will be clearly advertised on our website, www.kitchennetch.com.
All prices on our website are in Euros (€) and include Croatian VAT. Shipping costs are displayed clearly before you finalize your purchase.
3. Order Tracking & Delivery Details
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you can track its journey using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- Delivery Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment number, intercom code, and any special delivery instructions. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to receive the package), our carrier will typically leave a notification card with instructions for pick-up or re-delivery. Packages that remain unclaimed may be returned to us. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees will apply) or issue a refund for the product cost (minus the original shipping fee and any applicable restocking fees).
4. International Shipping
As of May 1, 2026, Kitchennetch j.d.o.o. currently ships only within Croatia. We are actively working to expand our shipping network. Please sign up for our newsletter on our website or follow our social media channels for announcements regarding international shipping availability.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Product Availability
- Some items may have specific shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or contents (e.g., items containing batteries).
- All products are subject to availability. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 24 hours of order placement. You may choose to wait for the item to be restocked, have the remainder of your order shipped, or receive a full refund for the out-of-stock item.
6. Shipping Damages, Loss, and Incorrect Items
Upon Receipt: We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon delivery, before the carrier leaves if possible. If the package appears severely damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery. Please note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
If you discover any of the following after receiving your package:
- Visible Shipping Damage: Please take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box/package. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at emberwhisp@kitchennetch.com with your order number and photos.
- Missing or Incorrect Item: Compare your received items against your packing slip/invoice. If something is missing or you received an incorrect item, contact us at emberwhisp@kitchennetch.com within 7 days of delivery.
For verified issues of damage, loss in transit (before delivery confirmation), or incorrect shipment due to our error, Kitchennetch will cover all costs associated with the replacement and reshipment of the correct/undamaged item(s). We may require you to return the damaged or incorrect item(s) using a prepaid return label we provide.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For shipments within Croatia, all applicable taxes (VAT) are included in the prices displayed and paid at checkout. Currently, no customs duties apply to domestic shipments.
8. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website. The “Effective Date” at the top of this policy will be updated accordingly.
